You only get 24 hours in a day. It's very easy to procrastinate, and make excuses, but all that time wasted cannot be claimed back! Allow yourself rest, but make sure you're making the most of your time.

It's important to be generous and look after those around you, but you still need to put yourself first. You need to help yourself in order to help others. There's nothing 'selfish' about self care.

Who you spend time with matters. If you surround yourself with negative people then your own personal growth will be stunted. You need to surround yourself with positive people, who are determined to succeed, and who believe in you.
