1. If your product is broken/damaged due to factory errors, or craftsmanship within 30 days of receiving your purchase we will fix the product or replace it for free, without needing to give us your warranty card. We got you!!
1.1 The products under our *Lifetime Warranty* are *ONE-TIME-RETURN-OR-EXCHANGE* if they tarnish/fade or break we will fix/replace the product. You only need to cover shipping costs + £3 handling fees to be covered.
1.2 If we can’t fix the products we will replace it to you (1-TIME-ONLY). After that one time we can still fix/replace your products at a fee which will be discussed at time the time if any issues are to occur.
2. If we deem the damage to be forceful or intentional then we will not cover you. Please take care of your products.
3. Solid Gold + Diamonds are covered by our 1 Year Warranty.
4. LFY is not responsible for any shipping fees or import taxes on returns/exchanges unless we have erred. Example: LFY send you the wrong item.
4.1. If you send a product back that is broken/damaged after the first 30 days that comes under our *Lifetime Warranty* you are liable to pay shipping fees or import taxes.
5. If your product is damaged/broken after 30 days of delivery you must present the lifetime warranty card with the defected products to be eligible for warranty.
6. All Apparel are not covered with our *LifeTime Warranty*.
