1-5 Working Day/s Express Delivery (£49.90-£74.90):

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS:
- Please allow at least 4-6 weeks production time. We will then ship your custom made jewellery out with the delivery service you picked at the checkout. Your personalised products take time to craft to perfection. When you're wearing your custom jewellery you'll know it was worth the wait.
- *These are estimated production times, however sometimes it can take longer due to multiple factors such as bad weather, strikes, holidays and many other things out of our control. Please understand that a customised product must be made to yours and ours highest standards of quality and has to be tested to ensure pristine quality. Once you're wearing it you'll know it was worth the wait.*
- We will send you a text/email regarding the estimated time to make your custom jewellery. If you do not respond to our text/email after 3 days we will then start working on your custom jewellery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
- We apologise for any delays that you may experience and appreciate your patience. 🤝
If your parcel hasn't arrived in the estimated time frame said there might be some delays due to multiple factors such as storms, mass parcels coming in at once and other reasons. We advice that you wait 5 business after the estimated arrival time before emailing us, as that's when the delays have normally been corrected and your parcel has been delivered. If you need any assistance send us an email.
- We have receipts of every order so we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office then please contact them to get it redelivered. If you need help with this send us an email, we'll be happy to help.
- If the goods are not delivered after 20 working days of the expected delivery date we will open a claim against the carrier on your behalf. Any money we get back from the claim will send directly back to you.
